Income ratio by rent category
HHR collects only fixed rent payments from fixed-rent tenants. From variable rent tenants, HHR collects a rent that includes sales-based overage rent, in addition to collecting the fixed portion of the rent, such as rent from fixed-lease contracts, common service fees, and the minimum guarantee rent.
