Investment corporation	Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. (HHR)	HHR shall manage funds contributed by unitholders by investing them primarily in real estate and real estate-related assets in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation.
Asset management company	Hankyu Hanshin REIT Asset Management, Inc. (the Asset Management Company)	The Asset Management Company shall engage in operations relating to (1) the management of the assets of HHR, (2) the financing of HHR, (3) reporting to HHR in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of HHR and management guidelines of the Asset Management Company pursuant to the asset management services agreement, (4)other operations related or incidental to items(1) through (3) above that are requested by HHR as needed.
General administrator Asset custodian Administrator of unitholders' register Administrator of special account	Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation	Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation shall engage in operations relating to (1) accounting, (2) book keeping, (3) taxes and (4) administration of the Executive Meeting and Unitholders' Meetings (with the exception of operations relating to sending out Unitholders' Meeting documents and receiving and counting voting forms) of HHR pursuant to the administrative agency agreement. Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation shall engage in operations relating to the custody of assets owned by HHR pursuant to the asset custody agreement. Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation shall engage in operations relating to (1) the preparation and keeping of unitholders' registers and other business with respect to the unitholders' registers, (2) issuance of investment securities, (3) payments of cash distributed to unitholders and (4) receipt of requests regarding exercise of rights from unitholders to HHR and any other requests from unitholders pursuant to the agreement on administration of unitholders' register and the special account management agreement.
General administrator of investment corporation bonds	MUFG Bank, Ltd.	MUFG Bank, Ltd. shall perform the following regarding the third investment corporation bonds under the fiscal agency agreement, (1) administrative services related to issuing investment corporation bonds, (2) administrative services related to the redemption of principal and the payment of interest to investment corporation bondholders, (3) administrative services related to the original registry of investment corporation bonds.
General administrator of investment corporation bonds	Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited	Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited shall perform the following regarding the fourth, fifth and sixth investment corporation bonds under the fiscal, issuing and payment agency agreement, (1) operations related to issuing investment corporation bonds, (2) operations related to the redemption of principal and the payment of interest to investment corporation bondholders, (3) administrative services related to the original registry of investment corporation bonds.

Real estate information service companies provide real estate sales information to the Asset Management Company in accordance with the information sharing-related agreement. Please refer to External Growth Strategy for full details of operations.

As a result of a (physical) absorption-type corporate split on April 1, 2005, the former Hankyu Corporation handed over all of its business except for brand ownership of the Hankyu trademark, in both Japanese and English, and selected business, to its wholly owned subsidiary called Hankyu Corporation Spin-Off Preparation Inc. and became a pure holding company. The name of the company was changed to Hankyu Holdings, Inc. on the same day, before being changed again on October 1, 2006 to Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. Hankyu Corporation Spin-Off Preparation Inc. also changed its name to the Hankyu Corporation on April 1, 2005.
Unless specifically indicated otherwise, the reference to Hankyu Corporation in this website indicates the current Hankyu Corporation in descriptions regarding April 1, 2005 onwards and former Hankyu Corporation prior to the aforementioned absorption-type corporate split.
Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as a pure holding company of the Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., Hankyu Travel International Co., Ltd., Hankyu Hanshin Express Co., etc.
